The „Haus im Schlossergässchen“ offers you a temporary home on approx. 70m² – in which you will feel really comfortable from the first minute. Enjoy your temporary home (rental periods start from 2 days and can go up to several months) in the romantic Schlossergässchen and explore the former imperial summer residence town of Baden near Vienna.
The historic Schlossergässchen is located in the immediate proximity (5 walking minutes) of the city center of Baden and links directly to the Gutenbrunnerpark.
The house in Schlossergässchen was extensively revitalized in 2019/2020 with the core aim of preserving the historical elements of the house and is ready to welcome our guests and to offer them a special temporary home.
A fully equipped kitchen, a new bathroom, as well as a spacious living and dining area on the ground floor with lovingly detailed solutions and a cozy sleeping area with gallery on the upper floor are at your disposal. A well-stocked wine cellar is available for a good glass of Austrian wine and other local specialties. Help yourself and enjoy your time in Baden.

Location
The once imperial summer residence town of Baden bei Wien (Baden near Vienna) offers its residents excellent infrastructure and a variety of cultural and sporting attractions.
The house is situated in a quiet pedestrian zone, Schlossergässchen, between the Doblhoff park and Baden’s city center. The location impresses with short distances to various sights, restaurants, cafes and public transport.
Vienna, the nation’s capital, can be reached quickly and easily (in about 30 minutes) either by car via the highway “Süd Autobahn (A2)” or by public transport (Südbahn railway line at the Baden train station as well as with the Badner Bahn tram-train and bus line 360 to the Vienna State Opera).
The nearby highway connection provides easy access to the Vienna International Airport and Neusidlersee (40 minutes each), as well as cities further away (Salzburg: 2.5 hours, Bratislava: 1 hour).
